Name: Berryoska Strawberry
Ingredients: 50ml Russian Standard Original, 4 to 6 strawberries, juice of half a lime, 3tsp sugar, crushed ice
Method: In a tumbler, muddle the lime juice, sugar and strawberries to create a paste. Top the glass up with crushed ice. Add Russian Standard Vodka and stir well. Top with extra crushed ice and garnish with a sliced strawberry.

If you missed it first time round, Gran Torino is released today on DVD. Billed on its cinema release as Clint’s last ever acting appearance, it’s an appropriate swansong that seems to touch on all facets of his 50 year career in front of the camera – a style that Jonathan Ross described in our April issue as ”seems to be doing very little when he’s actually doing a lot, and that’s just as true of his directing”. Judging by this exclusive clip from the DVD extras though, maybe the man himself might still be open to the right kind of offers. He’s only 79 after all.
