It’s not out for a couple of months, but having seen an advance screening of American: The Bill Hicks Story, it’s one to set a calendar alert for. Put together by Brits Matt Harlock and Paul Thomas, it’s the Hicks story told by the people who knew him best, pieced together from exhaustive research and using archive photos and videos to great visual affect.
