Famous in LA among music and film types, Worn Free are launching in the UK this Spring, bringing to our shores its range of iconic T-shirts worn by rock and roll legends.
Since 2005, numerous A-listers have been spotted sporting the shirts that represent defining moments in rock and roll history. T-shirts immortalised by John Lennon, Frank Zappa, Joey Ramone, Iggy Pop and others have been lovingly recreated, including a hangtag in the style of a backstage pass that bears a photo of the design’s origin and its most celebrated wearer. We’re particular fans of these three, worn originally by Ian Dury, Keith Moon and Kurt Cobain.
Worn Free is celebrating its UK launch with the debut of the Muhammad Ali Luxury Robe, a deluxe velour boxing robe modeled precisely on the one ‘the King’ wore, with ‘Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee’ stitched on the front pocket.
£30. Available online at www.wornfree.com, at Liberty of London and other premium retailers.
