What we’re drinking – Chequered Flag

With Goodwood’s Festival Of Speed fast approaching this weekend, we’ve been tucking into some superbly refreshing cocktails. The “Chequered Flag” takes some beating.

Ingredients: 25ml Johnnie Walker Black Label, 10ml runny honey mix (50/50 honey and water), topped with cloudy apple juice

Method: Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice and stir well. Garnish with an apple slice.
