We’ve had the stag do, now it’s the wedding. And what’s the one city with even more potential than Las Vegas for provoking bleary-eyed memory loss and gut-wrenching angst? Bangkok of course. That’s pretty much all the background you need to get a pretty clear idea of Hangover 2. As groom Stu (Ed Helms) opts for an informal pre-wedding brunch, what could possibly go wrong? With Zach Galifianakis due to make a speech, quite a lot.

“Not so much a video as a photo to stare at while you check one of the best records of the year so far from The Weeknd, and no we don’t know where the other ‘e’ has gone but we don’t care when the music is so perfect in every way. To be safe, we’ll venture towards a ‘no’ for the fabric, but there is hope at least in the styling of fleece jackets, especially when it’s created by Esquire favourite, Albam (£109). Just try not to use it as a gateway to a new fleece collection. www.albamclothing.com

With a new digital print of Apocalypse Now out next week, restored under the supervision of director Francis Ford Coppola himself, there’s also a three-disc blu-ray edition on its way (out on June 13) which features over 9 hours of extras including a fascinating conversation between Coppola and writer John Milius who adapted Joseph Conrad’s Heart of Darkness for the screenplay in which he explains how the idea was formed. Given the film’s insane production difficulties and the excellence of the original sound design and editing, this is one frame-by-frame reprint that deserves a viewing. Out in cinemas on May 27
