Noah And The Whale are all at sea in their new video for “Waiting For My Chance To Come”. OK, maybe not so much “at sea” as “on a boat moored on the Thames”, but at least they’re embracing their watery nomenclature.
The video sees the band reunite with American photographer Autumn de Wilde who also made their surreal cheerleader-themed promo for “Life is Life“. You may also notice that the Twickenham foursome – now turned into a fivesome by new drummer Michael Petulla – are also looking pretty well turned out these days (look out for lead singer Charlie Fink stylishly sporting some Union Jack socks). Hmm, someone should put those guys in a leading men’s style magazine… Stay tuned. Gemma Suyat
The single “Waiting For My Chance To Come” is out on 7 November. The album Last Night On Earth is out now. Noah And The Whale tour the UK from 6 October. For dates visit www.noahandthewhale.com
