The iPhone 7 Will Not Have A 16GB Version

That 'storage full' message could be a thing of the past for more of us

Having already alluded to an all glass iPhone 7 as well as an omission of the headphone jack, the great Apple rumour mill is now suggesting that the brand is set to drop the 16gb model from its next generation.

According to 9to5mac, a 'trusted analyst' claims that Apple plan to ditch the much maligned 16GB iPhone in favour of a 32GB standard model.

Most buyers of the 16GB iPhone find that after adding a few photos and apps - while not being able to delete the Apple branded ones - their iPhone fills up in about five minutes.

There's still no official word on the specs of the new iPhone, which is currently scheduled for release in September of this year. But we expect there'll be plenty more rumours, leaks and grand unveilings in the coming weeks and months.
