Once again, the Twittersphere has spoken. Last week on Twitter (@esquireuk), we were extolling the virtues of our local chippy, The Golden Union on Poland Street, when all hell broke loose. The merits of crispy batter and expertly fried chips quickly snowballed into a heated (though not overcooked) debate on the best fish and chip bar in the UK.
