Tournament host Dougray Scott welcomed guests to the penthouse suite of the May Fair Hotel, where an artificial putting green had been set up on the balcony for participants to try to win an Omega Seamaster watch. Our June issue hit the office yesterday with Wayne Rooney, England’s main hope at the coming World Cup, gracing the newsstand cover, and an illustration by James Graham for the ‘Sports Issue’ theme on the subscribers only cover. The June issue goes on sale at the end of the week.

The London Olympics might still be two years off but British gold medals, whatever they’re for and wherever they’re presented, are worth celebrating.
