Its wine list service allows you to scan a restaurant’s offering before you get there, with well-informed recommendations for which bottle to try and which to avoid, including specific suggestions for by the glass, first date, blow-out and other options.

After four days off work, this is a good week to be planning your next trip away and bespoke travel agent Black Tomato‘s new website is a reliable source of inspiration. We like the look of a fly-fishing course at Lyngen Lodge, on the 70 mile long Reisa river in the wilds of northern Norway. Expect fjords, forests and waterfalls and evenings spent grilling and eating atlantic salmon, Arctic char and sea trout – if you manage to catch any.
