Throughout the presidential election campaign, a number of celebrities showed their support for Hillary Clinton by saying they'd jump on the first flight out of America and never return if Donald Trump became President.
But now that the Republican candidate has won the race to the White House, will Clinton's famous supporters stay true to their word? Here's a reminder of what they said, before Trump's victory...
Miley Cyrus
The popstar said that she was "scared and sad" for her country in an emotional Instagram post which showed her shedding a tear earlier this year. "I am moving if this is my president," she wrote. "I don't say things I don't mean!"
Samuel L Jackson
In December 2015, the Hollywood star vowed to move to Africa if Trump was elected the next President of the United States. "If that motherf**ker becomes President I will move my black ass to South Africa," he said during a comedy sketch on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Lena Dunham
The Girls creator shared her desire to move across the border to Canada back in April. "I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will," Dunham said in an interview with American talk show host Andy Cohen. "I know a lovely place in Vancouver, and I can get my work done from there."
Amy Schumer
The American comedian told BBC Newsnight that she might be driven to swap America for Spain during an interview in September. "My act will change because I will need to learn to speak Spanish because I will move to Spain or somewhere," Schumer said. "It's beyond my comprehension if Trump won. It's too crazy."
Bryan Cranston
The Breaking Bad star also jumped on the 'moving to Canada' bandwagon earlier in the year. "It wouldn't be a vacation, I'd be an expatriate," he told The Bestseller Experiment after he admitted that he was considering a trip to Vancouver post-election.
Jon Stewart
The former Daily Show host predicted the "bonkers" election result back in September. "I would consider getting in a rocket and going to another planet," he told People. "Because clearly this planet's gone bonkers."
Cher
As for Cher's escape planet of choice, the singer told Twitter she'd head to Jupiter if Trump won. Since the election result was announced, the singer has tweeted her disappointment, saying "the world will never be the same again".
Chelsea Handler
Handler, who has been one of Clinton's biggest campaigners, got her back-up plan sorted a few months ago. "I did buy a house in another country just in case," she said on Live with Kelly and Michael in May. "So all these people that threaten to leave the country and then don't - I actually will leave that country."
Whoopi Goldberg
In an interview with US talk show The View, the actress and television host expressed her concern over a Donald Trump presidency. "I don't think that's America. I don't want it to be America. Maybe it's time for me to move, you know," she said.
