Four months after Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers was dragged, then fired for Snapchatting a picture of a naked woman changing in a gym locker room with the caption, "If I can't unseen this then you can't either," BuzzFeed reports Mathers pleaded not guilty to one count of invasion of privacy.

If the model is convicted, she could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. Had the woman pictured not come forward to press charges (though it's unclear if she has, it was reported in September the woman wanted "Mathers to feel the full force of the law" when police finally identified her), the charges would've likely been dropped.

Mothers has largely remained quiet concerning the incident on social media. Immediately after the Snap went viral, she tweeted an apology, saying she needed to "take some time to myself to reflect on why I did this horrible thing." She seemed to address it again most recently 28 Sept:
