On Fourth of July weekend, Ryan Reynolds found himself at his wife's friend Taylor Swift's Rhode Island blowout, where, among other things, he had to pose for an Insta-perfect group couple photo. His stoic face appears to be sending a message about his feelings about that:
But! But! Looks deceive, Reynolds explained to Entertainment Weekly now, five months later. It wasn't that he was unhappy taking Instagram-ready group pics on the beach and sliding down Swift's giant inflatable slide. He just has resting dead face, everyone.
"That's a problem I've had all my life," he said. "If I'm not aware a photo is being taken, my natural resting face is one of a man dying. I had no idea somebody was taking a photo. Therefore I was resting comfortably in my persona of a man whose soul is visibly exiting this earth." Use that the next time someone asks you about your RBF.
