Despite the fact that her husband, Jay Z, is the founder of the record label, Beyoncé is reportedly being sued for her use of the Roc-A-Fella logo in her Drunk in Love music video. The graphic designer who created the logo, Dwayne Walker, claims that Queen Bey never asked permission to feature the logo in her video and insists that she take the video down or pay him. The logo is only visible for a moment on the pendant on Jay Z's chain, but the rapper isn't mentioned in the lawsuit, at all.

Walker attempted to sue Jay Z and his fellow co-founder, Damon Dash for a reported $7 million in September of this year, but came up empty handed when a judge discovered a 20-year-old contract that proved Walker wasn't entitled to any royalties.
