Take this guy who tweeted a photo of a someone in a burqa and next to someone in full drag glam and commented, 'This is the future liberals want'.
Well yes, basically.
That's the jist of it.
Some people pointed out that, although it may be the future they want, it's also the present.
And took the mickey out of the alternative.
And it started somewhat of a trend, and everyone pitched in with their ideas about what a liberal future could look like...
Pleasingly, the Drag Queen in the photo has been identified and is getting a lot of love from the people of the internet.
