Former Esquire cover star Cara Delevingne is releasing her first novel. The model turned actress announced the exciting – and fairly surprising – news on her Instagram account this morning.
"Another pinch-me moment," Delevingne wrote. "Announcing my first novel Mirror, Mirror, coming out this October!"
The model / actress / famous person added: "The process of putting this novel together has been life changing and something I hold really close to my heart."
The book is a coming-of-age story about a group of teenage friends, a story Delevingne said she needed to tell. "I want us to talk about this time in life – self discovery, friendship, pain, triumph," she wrote.
