TV ratings might be important in the entertainment industry, but they also matter quite a bit to President Donald J. Trump, a man who cares greatly about what people think of him and his projects. That's probably why he spends so much time obsessing over Arnold Schwarzenegger's low ratings during his one season as Celebrity Apprentice host.

Other ratings, approval ratings, are a far more important measure of success for the President of the United States. Which is exactly Schwarzenegger's argument in his latest video directed at Trump.

"Oh, Donald, the ratings are in, and you got swamped," the former California governor said in a video. "Wow. Now you're in the 30s?" he taunted.

"But what do you expect?" Schwarzenegger asked rhetorically "I mean, when you take away after-school programs for children, and Meals on Wheels for the poor people, that's not what you call 'making America great again.' Come on!"

Schwarzenegger has had success as both an actor and a politician—his low ratings on Celebrity Apprentice are a tiny blip. Trump's time as a politician has been fraught with scandal, mismanagement, confusion, legal battles, public embarrassments, and, yes, abysmal approval ratings.

There's one clear winner here.
