Remember a couple of years ago when that video of an Irish teenager talking about snow went viral? Well, now there's a new Irish accent making the rounds on the internet, and this one is even more enchantingly incomprehensible.
RTÉ recently did a segment on 60 sheep that have gone missing from Mount Brandon in County Kerry. They interviewed one of the farmers, who is blessed with a name as glorious as Mikey Joe O'Shea, and if you can make out what he's saying then you've got a better ear than most:
Tricky, right? You're not alone if you can't understand him.
Even local listeners were flummoxed.
No wonder Irish is constantly declared the world's best accent in polls.
