For the affordable price of $24.5 million, Taylor Swift's Greenwich Village rental — which she moved into last June while her TriBeCa townhouse was undergoing renovations — can now officially be yours.
Luxury Listings NYC reports that the 5,400-square-foot home hit the market earlier this month via Deborah Grubman, Laurence Carty, and Markus Buchmeier at Corcoran — and if you happen to be a global superstar (or just a multimillionaire), it looks a decent investment.
Originally constructed as a carriage house in 1912, the townhouse has since been renovated into a five-bedroom, five-bathroom, and two-half-bathroom dream home, complete with an indoor pool, private garage, an elevator, and three functional fireplaces. It also happens to be on one of the trendiest streets in New York, with easy access to just about everything.
Of course, while all of that good stuff is absolutely incredible, the real selling point here is the fact that you'll get to live where Taylor Swift once lived, which would make a great dinner party story for the rest of your tenancy.
