To honour the 22 people killed in the Manchester terror attack at Ariana Grande's concert earlier this week, hundreds of people gathered in St. Ann's Square.

One woman began to sing the opening bars of Oasis' 1995 hit 'Don't Look Back In Anger', and the crowd soon joined to sing along to the Mancunian band's classic in a beautiful and spine-tingling moment.

Lydia Bernsmeier-Rullow, who led the sing-along, spoke to The Guardian in the moments after: "I love Manchester and Oasis is part of my childhood. The whole 'Don't Look Back In Anger,' that's what this is about. It really touched my heart and gave me shivers. It really did, to hear everyone joining in with me."

She continued: "We can't be looking backwards to what happened, we have to keep look forwards, to the future. We're all going to join together, we're all going to get on with it, because that's what Manchester does."

Speaking about her feelings about the attacks, she said, "I've really struggled with it, I didn't know anyone personally that was affected, but the whole city has been affected. I've been quite upset, I've had great support at work and with my family.
