Former Playboy model Dani Mathers pleaded no contest to an invasion of privacy charge on Wednesday, KTLA reports. She'd originally pleaded not guilty.
Mathers has repeatedly made headlines over the past year for Snapchatting and body-shaming a naked 70-year-old woman (with the caption "If I can't unsee this, then you can't either) in an L.A. fitness locker room.
Spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney Rob Wilcox told the station in addition to three years probation, Mathers must always perform 30 days of graffiti removal services in L.A.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Mathers's lawyer Dana Cole said in court Mathers has never known the identity of the victim, but that she's apologised to her publicly several times. "I think she wanted to be done with this and accept responsibility for what occurred," he said.
Almost as soon as the Snap went viral last July, Mathers claimed it was meant to be a private message and apologised via her social media platforms. She was promptly fired from her radio show-hosting gig and banned from all L.A. fitness gyms.
