Last night, ahead of his long overdue induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Jay Z began sharing a list of his influences on Twitter, giving a shout-out to Chuck D, Ice Cube, Drake, Meek Mill, Future, and Lil Wayne. And at the end of it, he shared a Dropbox, saying "And the greatest rapper of all time OBAMA . Thank you 44."

Inside the Dropbox is video of Barack Obama's speech for Jay Z at the Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony.

It's a touching speech, one that makes clear he knows Jay Z and the rapper's past well. Obama also draws powerful parallels between their life experiences. Obama said:

I like to think that Mr. Carter and I understand each other. Nobody who met us as younger men would have expected us to be where we are today. We know what it's like to not have a father around; we know what it's like not to come from and to know people who didn't get the same breaks we did, so we try to prop open those doors of opportunity so it's a little easier for those who come up behind us to succeed as well.

It's an amazing moment, one that's a brief and brilliant distraction from the shame of 45. And there might be a little bit more to it, too. Fans seem to believe that Obama might have let something slip in this portion of the speech:

Jay and I are also fools for our daughters. Although, he's going to have me beat once those twins show up.

The Beyhive thinks that Obama might have revealed the gender of Jay Z and Beyonce's twins.
