Someone up there must miss the 2000s, because like blink-182 and every single thumb-twiddling pop group over the past decade, the flip phone is coming back.

Samsung announced the release of its new Galaxy Folder Flip 2 last week, the sequel to its 2013 foray into reviving the flip phone.

Verge reports the phone will be released in two models, LTE or 3G, and it will run Android Nougat with 2GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The going price will be £200. Oh, and it's also only available in Korea. So, almost there.

For those people lucky enough to live in Korea, the Folder Flip 2 will provide the enduring satisfaction of fidgeting with the flippable and foldable staple of many awkward teen years. They will also experience the sound and feel of clickable buttons while palming a reasonably sized chunk of metal. The phone looks decently cool—far more streamlined than Barack Obama's beloved Blackberry, another aughts staple—without blowing a fortune on an expensive case and cover for extreme situations, like crossing the street or coffee with friends. And don't forget the satisfaction that comes with slamming the phone shut on an unpleasant conversation.

Here's hoping it crosses over here pretty soon.
