Well she's over it now, and reason is her "idol" Bob Dylan gave her what sounds like the most glorious hug in the world to make up for it.

"My idol in life, Bob Dylan, agreed to meet up with me because we were playing the same festival," she told Time.

"And I was, like, so scared because I had just got hug denied.

"So I was a little hug traumatised, and he just opened his beautiful arms and gave me the most wonderful, healing Bob Dylan hug that I had ever dreamt of, and I just [couldn't] care less about anything else."

The red carpet moment that Kesha would probably rather forget happened at the National Night of Laughter last month, where Jerry didn't seem to have a clue who she was.

During an interview, the 'Praying' singer bounded up to him and offered a big old hug: "I'm Kesha! I love you so much, can I give you a hug?"

The startled Seinfeld star made his feelings on hugs very clear, but it took Kesha a moment to get the hint.

Kesha covered Dylan at last year's Billboard Music Awards, and got a standing ovation for her emotional take on 'It Ain't Me Babe', so maybe a hug was in order.
