Shia LaBeouf is in police custody in Georgia after being picked up for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction, reports TMZ.

It's not the first time in the clink for the actor/artist/mess. The Transformers star was just arrested for assault in late January at the site of his participatory performance installation He Will Not Divide Us, which invites members of the public to repeat its title message into a camera that will be streaming live for the entirety of Donald Trump's presidency. This same performance found LaBeouf going toe-to-toe—verbally, this time—with a white supremacist.

LaBeouf fought more charges back in 2015, including those sparked by his public outburst during a Broadway performance of Cabaret. Before his arrest, LaBeouf managed to smack Cabaret star Alan Cumming on the butt and tell Cumming he was "the sexiest man he had ever seen." LaBeouf was first picked up by the cops way back in 2008 for drunk driving.
