Exhibit B: A man who, though the current UFC Lightweight Champion, is not a real boxer.

After an almost comically poor showing at McGregor's media workout, UFC President Dana White posted clips of McGregor sparring with former world champ Paulie Malignaggi. Though McGregor told ESPN that he "whupped [Malignaggi's] ass," and left him "badly concussed," the video isn't entirely conclusive.

Malignaggi has claimed that he was set up to look bad, and that the knockdown was really a pushdown.

Knockdown or pushdown, maybe the sideshow will help ticket sales.

Conor McGregor is set to take on Floyd Mayweather (who has pledged to knock the cocky Irish UFC superstar "the f*** out") on August 26 at the T-mobile Arena in Las Vegas in what promoters promise will be one of the most watched fights in history.

But, of course, Twitter didn't pull its punches after the workout video went viral:
