By most accounts, interacting with Donald Trump in any sort of capacity sounds completely horrible. If the man isn't requesting more ice cream than everyone else at the table, he's insisting that he's smarter than you or getting into a weird dick-measuring handshake contest or just being generally rude. So, it only makes sense that Trump's only time meeting George Clooney was equally as unpleasant.

Check out this bizarre anecdote Clooney told to The Hollywood Reporter about the one time he met Trump:

"I was sitting down at a restaurant in New York [several years ago] and he came in and we talked for a while," he recalls. "I'd had neck surgery, and he said, 'I'll give you the name of a doctor,' and he wrote me a couple of times with the name. Then he went on Larry King Live and told him I was very short. I'm 5-foot-11 — I'm not the tallest actor in the world, but I'm not short. That made me laugh."

This certainly sounds like the Donald Trump we know—a man who will A) do whatever he needs for your approval, then B) screw you over if it happens to slightly benefit him.

At least Clooney seems above this petty behavior of our president.
