Spoilers and leaks seem inevitable when it comes to Game of Thrones—a show where paparazzi and investigative fan bloggers literally camp out at filming locations to take grainy cell phone shots of actors filming scenes. It's also a show where hackers often obtain entire episodes and leak them on the internet before they air. It's also a show with such an obvious plot that legions of fans have had the ending figured out for years.

Yet still, HBO is going to do its damnedest to prevent these spoilers and leaks that are going to happen anyway.

"I know in Game of Thrones, the ending, they're going to shoot multiple versions so that nobody really know what happens," HBO's Casey Bloys told The Morning Call. "You have to do that on a long show. Because when you're shooting something, people know. So they're going to shoot multiple versions so that there's no real definitive answer until the end."

Good try HBO, but we already know how this is going to end up. Each ending will be leaked individually in some form outlined above. Then, going into the Season Eight finale fans will be trying to figure out which ending they'll go with. Will it be the one where Ned Stark comes back from the dead and takes the Iron Throne (probably not)? Will it be the one where Cersei betrays Jon/Dany after they beat the White Walkers (hope not)? Will it be the one where Jon dies to ensure Dany's victory (probably)? Will it be the one where the White Walkers win (I kinda hope so)?

At the very least, it's nice that when the actors are hounded to reveal spoilers by fans and journalists, they won't even be able to spill anything useful.
