Don't mess with Jennifer Lawrence.
Lawrence appeared on last night's Late Night with Seth Meyers while "morbidly hungover" thanks to the premiere of mother! the previous night, and had another incredible alcohol story to tell.
Turns out when she was shooting spy thriller Red Sparrow in Budapest, she got into a proper bar fight. "Seems like a dangerous place to get into a bar fight," Meyers asked, with Lawrence joking: "I mean, for him."
She explained how it all came about on a beer night in a bar with her friends when one fan just wouldn't take no for an answer.
"I was drunk and this guy asked me [for] a selfie and I was like, 'No, thank you, no'. Then he was like, 'Please my girlfriend will never believe me', then my friend was like, 'If your girlfriend won't believe you, then she's not the one'," Lawrence recalled.
"So we were like, 'Just go away' and he said, 'Yeah, f**k you'. Something in me just snapped, it couldn't have been the alcohol, and I was like, 'Did you just say f**k you to me?' and I grabbed him and I took beers and started dousing them all over him.
"Weirdly he had a suitcase and I started pouring beers all over his suitcase, and my friend Chris came up, grabbed me from behind and goes, 'Don't waste beer', and I instantly relaxed. Of course, what was I thinking?!"
That Red Sparrow shoot was an eventful time for Lawrence as it was also where she was filmed pole dancing at a strip club, something she isn't going to apologise for.
