Those of us who were unathletic kids have fond memories of badminton as our favourite part of P.E class. But at the pro level, the game is as gruelling and edge-of-your-seat intense as tennis. For proof, look no further than last month's match between P.V. Sindhu and Nozomi Okuhara.

As Deadspin reports, the 110-minute marathon pairing of two of the most talented women in badminton is already considered one of the best matches in the sport's history. Okuhara prevailed in the end, but after a game this hardcore it's difficult to call anyone a loser. Check out a clip below, and you'll be gasping right along with the crowd.
