Sylvester Stallone is one of our greatest action heroes, and as much as we'd like to think the man's indestructible, things aren't quite as easy as they used to be.
Sharing a photo from the set of the Escape Plan sequel, Sly joked that it was getting "tougher and tougher" to fight with the big guys – or at least beat them, anyway.
"I had a GREAT battle scene with this 6 foot 9 inch man! Takes a lot of energy to do it right and real," he wrote. (Rather you than us, Sly.)
"Thank you Big Jeff Chase, it's a pleasure being almost smashed by you".
Not only is Sly throwing his weight around for Escape Plan's follow-up, he's also been busy getting in the ring for the next instalment of the Rocky franchise, Creed 2.
Sharing a sneak-peek of filming alongside Michael B Jordan on Instagram earlier this month, Stallone wrote: "Getting stronger !!! 2018 #Creed 2 #mgm #fitness #Rocky."
But it's not all rough and tumble for Sly – you can also catch the real-life Rambo in the slightly more sedate This Is Us, which is currently in its second season.
