Zoopla has published a list of the 10 most expensive streets in Britain –and unsurprisingly they're all in London, with the highest average property value just above £35m.

Kensington Palace Gardens in west London tops the list of the most expensive streets to live on in Britain, with an average property value of £35.7m, while the second priciest road in the UK, with an average property value of £21.9m, is Grosvenor Crescent in central London.

In a statement, a Zoopla spokesperson said: "Despite London's property market cooling over the past year, it's no surprise that the capital's most exclusive boroughs continue to dominate the list.

"This is partly thanks to some incredibly luxurious properties benefitting from unbeatable locations near the heart of the city."
