Live sketches are Saturday Night Live's bread and butter— the word's right there in the name, after all— but the show uses its digital shorts to accomplish feats that would be impossible to pull off live, like Kate McKinnon doing flawless impressions of Kellyanne Conway, Hillary Clinton, and Pennywise, the demon clown from It, all in one sketch.
"Kellywise" is a hilariously accurate take on the opening scene from It, the summer's horror hit. But this time it's Alex Moffat's Anderson Cooper being lured into the sewer, where McKinnon's Kellywise promises ratings bonanzas and lots of crazy quotes if he'll only put her on TV.
