Even among now-legendary performances like Michael Jackson in 1993, Prince in 2007, and Beyonce in 2013 and 2016, the most memorable performance of all time still goes to Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson.

It was the year 2004, and Timberlake had established his post *NSYNC comeback with Justified and began the most memorable bromance in comedy with Jimmy Fallon on Saturday Night Live. But the most talked-about moment of his solo career was a brief second near the end of "Rock Your Body" during the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show when he sang "I'm gonna have you naked by the end of this song" and pulled down Jackson's top, exposing her right breast. It became known as the Wardrobe Malfunction, which resulted in years of legal battle and the FCC fining CBS $550,000.

But now, 13 years later, Timberlake will return. On Sunday evening, he announced that he will be performing at the Super Bowl LII Halftime Show with a little video starring himself and Jimmy Fallon.

Shortly after the announcement, Timberlake sat down with Mike Tirico during halftime of NBC's Sunday Night Football to discuss what he has planned, which does not include exposing any famous breasts.

"That won't happen this time," Timberlake promised. "No, Mike, that's not going to happen."

And he's also not going to repeat any staging from previous halftime shows. Also, he's not going to pull a Michael Jackson or Lady Gaga and jump off the stadium roof. "I don't know, I'm 36 now, I don't know how much of that I can do," Timberlake said.
