Among cryptic hints over the weekend—along with a billed headline performance at ComplexCon—it seemed like there was something exciting going on in the N.E.R.D. camp. Though Pharrell confirmed the group was working on new material in 2015, it seemed to be sidelined since then for his own solo career. And even though people had some wild theories, no one was anticipating something like this: N.E.R.D. and Rihanna have just shared the video for "Lemon"—the Pharrell-fronted group's first track since 2010. And it's fun as hell.

"Lemon" has the trademark Pharrell sunshine, complete with an absolutely powerhouse verse from Rihanna that includes the line "tell the paparazzi get the lens right." Please use this song as an example whenever your parents ask to explain the fire emoji or the term "slaps." It's classic Neptunes production, at once both nostalgic and set for a modern Billboard chart in the same way Pharrell did it with the ubiquitous "Happy."
