If you're wondering why there was a loud sigh of relief coming from the United States of America on Thursday night, Donald Trump's Twitter account was deactivated for an entire 11 minutes.

"Through our investigation we have learned that this was done by a Twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee's last day. We are conducting a full internal review."

"The official @POTUS account, which usually just retweets the @realDonaldTrump account, wasn't affected."

Where and when can we celebrate this glorious person/offer them all of our jobs?

As you'll no doubt be aware, Trump uses his personal account as his main way of 'communicating' with the American people.

But for those 11 peaceful minutes on Thursday night, all the world saw when visiting Trump's Twitter was... "Sorry, that page does not exist!"

We can think of one woman in particular who would have relished such a moment...

Just remember where you were the night Donald Trump's was deactivated, people.
