Between George R. R. Martin's books and the hit HBO show, there are thousands of pieces of Game of Thrones trivia with which fans can test their knowledge of the series. Maybe the most well-guarded secret from the GoT universe, though, is that [U.S comedian and television host] Seth Meyers and Jon Snow are actually pretty good buddies. They met at CrossFit.
Last night on Late Night, Meyers brought his winter-obsessed friend to a New York dinner, and things didn't go so well. "You always talk about how you don't have any friends and this is why," Meyers told Snow after pulling him aside for a pep talk after the Bastard of Winterfell horrified guests with a little too much talk about decapitation.
The words of wisdom fell on deaf ears, though, as Snow couldn't get off the topic of gruesome murder, eventually regaling the party with the entire story of Game of Thrones. "That should be a series of books," one captivated guest told him after he was finished. Snow disagreed: "Eh, I think it'd make a better TV show."
