The party line surrounding Star Wars: The Force Awakens is that the film is an unequivocal return to form. Specifically: Episode VII will feature a greater emphasis on real sets, in-camera effects, and, the hope is, less of a reliance on CGI than the three prequels.

That's the running theme of this new behind the scenes video that premiered at Comic-Con on Friday night. 

We see J.J. Abrams and his team filming in the desert and, as the clip promises, they're "keeping one foot in the pre-digital world." Is that their way of overtly throwing shade at Jar Jar Binks and all that he wrought? We'll leave that up to you.
