Handsome American Matthew McConaughey is also a handsome sports fan. His love for Texas football is no secret, but did you know that he's also really into Olympic swimming and rugby? On Monday, Matthew was spotted sitting all by his lonesome inside the Olympic Aquatics Stadium in Rio, where he cheered on Team USA during the swimming finals. He barely touched his actual seat, as he spent a majority of his time standing up, pointing, and making a bunch of intense faces. He was also covered in at least three badges, because you can't just enter these venues with your pretty face, even if your name is Matthew McConaughey. In his tight jeans and patriotic T-shirt, Matthew was everything you'd expect to see in a passionate Olympic fan.
"Everyone quiet. It's time for the athletes to shine."
"Yeah, I'm him! I'm that guy from True Detective!"

Why Matthew sat alone remains a mystery but I'd like to think that he saved at least one of the seats for fellow newsboy cap lover Leonardo DiCaprio. You know how Leo loves to watch sports while looking like he's 82 years old. FYI, boys, there is still so much tennis to be played at the Olympics. Just sayin'.
