Just a month after being cast in the upcoming sequel to Blade Runner (also known as the most terrifying casting decision ever), Method Actor Jared Leto has signed on to portray famed pop artist Andy Warhol in his self-produced biopic, Warhol.
Sourced from author Victor Bockris' Warhol: The Biography—released two years after the artist's death in 1987—the movie also includes producer Michael De Luca and screenwriter Terence Winter, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Time will only tell how Method Actor Leto will take on this role in his own Method Actor way—though, as he famously quoted Warhol back in 2013, "Labels are for cans, not people." Either way, at least we're pretty sure he won't be sending dead hogs to anyone this time.
