Bill Murray just keeps on going. This year he won the Kennedy Center's Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, and his beloved Cubs won their first World Series since 1908. He'll cap off 2016 by setting up his own bar in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont. It's not just any bar, though: TMZ reports that the new digs will be Caddyshack-themed.

Murray and his five brothers have entered a verbal agreement for an 11,000-square-foot space in the Crown Plaza hotel, The Daily Herald reports. They are waiting on a written lease, but the plan is for the space to take on a heavy golf theme. It will actually be the family's second Caddyshackbar: In 2001, they opened the Murray Bros. Caddyshack in St. Augustine, Florida.

The Murrays will now have an outpost closer to home, though. Which is nice.
