First thing' first- here's the list of A-list actors who star in Cara Delevingne's forthcoming film, Tulip Fever: Alicia Vikander, Christoph Waltz, Dane DeHaan, Judi Dench, Zach Galifianakis, Jack O'Connell, Holliday Grainger, Cressida Bonas, and Matthew Morrison.

The literary adaptation is causing controversy among television and film buffs as a US television network has deemed the 30-second trailer for the new film "too racy" to broadcast.

According to Page Six, Fox claims that featured shots - including a love scene between Vikander and Delevingne's Valerian co-star Dane DeHaan - are "too racy" to show on television, despite the fact the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) has given the footage the go-ahead.

However, Fox's argument comes months after the full-length trailer for the costume drama was released. The film is based on Deborah Moggach's novel about an affair between an artist and a rich man's young wife, and which sees Vikander and DeHaan enjoying numerous steamy moments.

W reports that the film, initially recruited Jude Law and Keira Knightley to star in the film back in 2004, but changes in British tax rules concerning the film affected production.

The new version was announced in 2013, with Vikander and director Justin Chadwick already confirmed, before DeHaan came onboard with the production. Harry Styles was even said to have turned down a part, later given to Matthew Morrison.

Despite reports that the film was set for an original release date of 2016, it's believed that it will finally hit cinemas in September.
