Disney's live action Aladdin movie has got its first-look with the main cast assembled thanks to Will Smith, who'll be taking on the role of Genie.
Will managed to pull off a selfie that captured the cast as they began shooting the Guy Ritchie film, which he shared on Facebook.
He captioned the picture: "We just started shooting Aladdin and I wanted to intro you guys to our new family… Mena Massoud/Aladdin, Naomi Scott/Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari/Jafar and I'm over here gettin my Genie on. Here we go!"
Elsewhere in Aladdin news, the movie has been hit with some controversy, after creating a new character who'll supposedly play a white prince.
Billy Magnussen has been cast as Prince Anders, which left some fans confused why the character had been shoe-horned into a story set in the Middle East.
Disney's Aladdin remake was also previously criticised for casting Naomi Scott (a non-Arab actress). Meanwhile, Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall lost out on the part and made a not-so-subtle dig at Disney afterwards.
Scott – who rose to fame in the role of the Pink Ranger in this year's Power Rangers reboot – is of British, Ugandan and Gujarati Indian heritage.
The live-action version of the Disney classic is sure to be a hit after Beauty and the Beast's remake starring Emma Watson became the highest-grossing movie of 2017 so far, pulling in a whopping $504 million dollars.
That film was hit with an overblown wave of controversy after a minor scene made it clear that LeFou is gay, which led to the film being banned in some countries.
Aladdin is expected to open in cinemas in 2019.
