The Rock is a very large man. Using his massive stature and ample muscle mass, he's single-handedly survived such situations as a beachfront drug operation, multiple Fast and Furious movies, an apocalyptic earthquake, and becoming the tooth fairy. He can seemingly handle anything. But how will he fare when a bunch of animals become very large and very angry?
That is pretty much the plot to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's new movie Rampage, based off the series of games that launched in 1986. So who has the best odds? Let's break down the matchup.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson:
- Again, very strong.
- A beloved action star, who is also the hero of this particular film.
- Capable of human intelligence and emotions such as love.
- Seems to be some sort of animal expert in this film.
- Has access to human technology, including guns and vehicles.
- Has catchphrases like "Let's go save the world."
- Classic human hubris.
The Animals:
- Benefit from "genetic editing."
- Objectively larger than The Rock.
- Can seemingly pounce on airborne helicopters.
- Can rip through the metal hull of a plane.
- Claws, teeth, etc.
