Turns out former Bond girl Gemma Arterton wasn't so enamored with 007 after all, as she revealed she wouldn't take part in Quantum of Solace if asked today.
At just 21-years-old, Arterton made her name as a Bond girl in Daniel Craig's second spy outing. She played an M16 agent seduced by the super sleuth.
However, during a recent interview with ES Magazine Arterton said: "I don't want to slag off that film, because I really enjoyed it – I was 21, and it was a trip.
"But would I do it now? No."
Looking back on her early career, she went onto explain how she views those roles now.
"For the first seven or eight years of my career, I was doing stuff because I thought I should, or I thought I was lucky to get that part.
"And I am grateful — it set me up… But it sits really badly with me when I make something I'm not proud of, or doesn't say what I want to say."
