Jackie Chan and Sylvester Stallone are set to team up for a new film.

This is not a drill.

Take a moment to sit down if you need to.

It's called Ex-Baghdad, and will be be directed by Need for Speed and Act of Valor director Scott Waugh.

Details are vague so far but we do know that Waugh will have a colossal $80 million budget for the film making it one of China's biggest budget movies ever. Not 100% sure of the maths but you can get a lot of special effect karate kicks for $80 million.

The story starts when a Chinese oil refinery is attacked in Mosul, Iraq and a Chinese private security contractor, played by Chan, is called in to extract the oil workers. He quickly learns however the attack was a rouse to steal a fortune in oil, and teams up with an American former Marine, played by Stallone, to stop them.

Ex-Baghdad will be the first time the pair have acted together despite over forty years in the film industry respectively. Chan will also act as a producer via his company SR Media.

If they hit it off perhaps Stallone will get Chan in for that Guardians of the Galaxy film they're keen to get him back for.
