Because boys will be boys

Humpday, winner of the Special Jury Prize at Sundance, has been called an essential 'bromance' flick, while director Lynn Shelton (My Effortless Brilliance) has enjoyed the dubious distinction of being dubbed ‘the female Judd Apatow’.

It's been a decade since Ben (Mark Duplass) and Andrew (Joshua Leonard) were the bad boys of their college campus. Ben has settled down and found a job, wife and home. Andrew took the alternative route as a vagabond artist.

When Andrew shows up unannounced on Ben's doorstep, they easily fall back into their old dynamic of macho one-upmanship. But after the booze and big talk runs out, only one idea remains - to have sex together…on camera – for the sake of art. We won't spoil the rest.

Humpday is available to buy on DVD from 12 April.
