It's been 17 years since the release of The Big Lebowski, and Jeff Bridges has finally achieved total oneness with the Dude. Late last month, he released an album of experimental music to help put you to sleep in anticipation of his singing-bowl Super Bowl commercial for website builder Squarespace. In classic Dude fashion, the album, which can be downloaded for free, features meditative tracks like "Chimes for Dreams," "The Hen," and, last but not least, "Hummmmmm," which is nothing but a weary-voiced Bridges simply emitting an unclassifiable noise from his mouth for nearly three minutes. It's as awesome as it sounds.

Last night, Bridges explained the album's concept on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and if you can believe it, he sounds even more Dude-like while talking to Kimmel than he does on the sleep album. Watch below:
