Ryan Gosling Confirmed For Blade Runner 2

He'll join Harrison Ford who's reprising yet another classic role

If you were worried we'd lost Ryan Gosling to the world of directing following the underrated Lost River, fret no more; the actor himself confirmed he'll be adding Blade Runner 2 to his résumé.

Naturally, no key details are known about the plot (surprise) other than the fact it'll pick up a few decades after the 1982 original, which was set in a dystopian 2019.

French-Canadian filmmaker Denis Villeneuve (SicarioPrisoners) will direct with original director Ridley Scott on board as executive producer.
