Shortly after David Foster Wallace committed suicide in 2008, Rolling Stone reporter David Lipsky scoured through his unused interview recordings and wrote a book about the brief time he spent with the acclaimed writer.

His book, Although Of Course You End Up Becoming Yourself: A Road Trip with David Foster Wallace, has been adapted by Pulitzer-winner Donald Margulies and director James Ponsoldt into The End of the Tour, a chronicle of five-day book-tour-cum-road-trip that brought Wallace and Lipsky together.

A favourite from Sundance, the film now has a trailer that shows off the easy chemistry shared between Jason Segel's Wallace, and Jesse Eisenberg's Lipsky.

The film will be released on July 31. In the meantime, try to tackle Wallace's complex masterpiece, Infinite Jest, or check out some of the pieces he wrote here.
